Mitie completes the acquisition of ESM Power
We are pleased to announce that today Mitie has completed the acquisition of ESM Power which has joined Mitie’s Projects business to help our customers connect, upgrade, and decarbonise their buildings and estates across the UK.
ESM Power brings over 20 years’ experience in the design, delivery, and maintenance of mid-to-high voltage power connections across a broad range of sectors, including: local authorities, hotel chains, residential and commercial developments, and power generation sites. ESM Power’s blue-chip customers include Centrica, Canary Wharf Group, Cemex, PepsiCo and RWE.
ESM Power’s colleagues will join Mitie Projects today, and we look forward to welcoming them and their colleagues into the Mitie Team.
